Protos is a 54ha (133 acre) development site, which has outline and detailed planning consent for industrial uses including an Energy from Waste facility, a biomass facility and environmental technologies including resource recovery. This also encompasses B2, B8 and Sui Generis uses. We can accommodate large-scale requirements of between 50,000 and 800,000 sq ft and plots can be designed and delivered to the specifications of individual occupiers.
